Senator Hall moved to amend the bill on page one, section eleven-d, line fourteen, after the word “Auditor” by changing the period to a colon and by striking out the remainder of the section and inserting in lieu thereof the following proviso: Provided, That from funds appropriated by the Legislature, beginning on July 1, 2017, the commissioner shall increase the annual salary of each employee of the Division of Corrections by $2,008.
